BACK BONE- INDIA

 Yes,we all Indians say farmers are backbone of our nation.Because, the farmers are feeding us,though we don't have any concern about them.Farmers in India won't see farming as a job .It is a gift given  by the god for the farmers to provide us food.                                                                                                     

 Indians don't give respect to the farmers , as we see them like low class people .even though they are serving to our country.But now farmer who are the back bone to us  suffering from unpaid loans,droughts and some other external issues.

India is an agricultural country.It contribution to gross domestic product[GDP] is between 14 to 15%.In India 70% of people depends directly or indirectly on agriculture. The death ratio of farmers is more in India .Farmers committing suicides since 1990's often by drinking  pesticides which were brought for their crops due to inability of repaid loans.   

               

REASONS-

mainly the reason for the death of farmers is reaching the basic needs for the development of the plantation or cropping

1.seed is basic and important input for getting high yield crops and growth in production .Good quality of seeds are out of reach for majority of farmers.Distribution of assured quality of seeds is critical .

2.cost of machinery[farming machines ]  has become more expensive,as  normal farmer is not able to spend huge a amount on that.the farmers with small land or marginal farmers it results in huge waste of human labour in low yields per capita.

3.small land holdings,irrigation becomes very difficult in small area,in that small landholding some part of the land is wasted for the boundaries.

4.agricultural marketing due to low literacy ,the farmers are depending on the local traders and middlemen for selling their cultivated crops,in some of the cases, the farmers sell the crop to the landlord who they  usually borrow money.As the poor farmer is forced to sell the produced at the price that  is being  offered to him .In that case the middle men take away 40% of the share in the profit in this way the farmer is getting loose.

5.water is one of the major problem ,In India few states like Maharashtra and Karnataka had faced a lot of problems in the case of water.Farmers are unable to manage their crop cycles due to the unavailability of water both as in ground water and also on surface.

MY IDEAS TO SAVE:-

1.The government should take the land from farmer on lease for a certain period of time.

2.The government should appoint the farmer as a employed farmer to that land with some fixed salary.

3.The government is the owner of the crop and the farmer does not have right on that crop.As he gets fixed salary in that period of time

4.The cost of electricity,fertilizers,seeds should be provide by the government

5.The farmer is not responsible for the natural floods or droughts.

If this is implemented the farmers will never commit suicides.

There will be secured income.

It was a pathetic situation#2020                                                                                                          Street dogs in city have been hit hard by the lockdown to combact the spread of novel  CORONAVIRUS.                         The coronavirus lockdown has not only forced the entire world in indoors,but also the street dogs in disaster.Unavailability of food,water in this hot summer.It impacts stray animals all over the world.Approximately 1.713 crore stray dogs in india.Thousands of stray dogs and cats in india depend on food and waste from market,restarunt and grocery shops.But in this grim time street dogs are having a hard time for finding food.They are running from one place to other in search of food. 

                                                                                                             

Dogs have started dying due to starvation in many areas.700 stray dogs had already dies in this lock down due to starvation.pet shops and breadind facilities have shut sown with animals left inside,due to a myth that  animals spread virus from one to another.

what you should do!

1.Spread some bread or roties or any other left over food in your home for them.

2.Put a bowl of water.

3.If it is possible let them take shelter near you.

4.If you have the ability to donate masks and sanitizers,then you can donate a small amount of pet food,It makes the whole world different.

                               

THE COVID-19 CRISIS HAS ALSO AFFECTED ANIMALS BUT THEY CANNOT RAISE THEIR VOICE.STREET DOGS BELONGS TO NO ONE,BUT TO EVERY ONE .its our responsibility to provide facilites in order help them survive in this crisis
